Das Luck Zimmer, im Erdgeschoss der Villa gelegen, mit Blick auf den Garten und den Pool, ist die ideale Unterkunft für rockige Paare, die den industriellen Stil und Motorräder lieben. Es bietet eine farbenfrohe Atmosphäre aus Holz und Metall, ein niedriges Bett, einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen Kofferständer, einen Schreibtisch, einen Fernseher, einen Safe und eine Minibar. Das sehr geräumige Badezimmer verfügt über einen großen runden Whirlpool und eine großzügige Dusche mit zwei Duschköpfen, sodass zwei Personen gleichzeitig duschen können. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist im Preis inbegriffen und umfasst hausgemachte Marmelade, Butter und Schokoladenaufstrich, Fruchtsäfte, Joghurt, Brot, hausgemachten Kuchen oder andere Leckereien, verpackte Süßigkeiten, Zwieback, Croissants, Focaccia, Müsli, Schinken und Käse. Heiße Getränke werden frisch zubereitet. Bitte teilen Sie uns eventuelle Unverträglichkeiten und/oder Allergien bei der Buchung mit. Unabhängiger Eingang, Parkplatz sowie die Nutzung des Gartens und des Pools sind möglich.

Santa Vittoria is a small village, about 3 km from the downtown of Sestri Levante, and small enough so that it can be chaos and stress free during the summer months. Here you can sleep with open windows, you can hear the cicadas singing, the night reigns in silence and thanks to the coolness of the countryside, you will have a truly spectacular sleep.

Not far from the structure there is a butcher, a grocery store, the post office, the church, and a small playground for children. The bike lanes on the road allow you to get the beaches and downtown in about 15 minutes; If you want to book bikes (including electric bikes) just send me an email a few weeks before your arrival and I will either take you to pick them up, or they will be already waiting for you at Agricanto.

In the area you can take beautiful hikes on the mountains, or reach either 5 Terre or Portofino by train to spend a day among the beauties, both natural and structural, that these locations have to offer.

For mountain bike enthusiasts there are several paths available in the area, even with a guide (to be booked).

You can rent quads for a nice day, or a night guided excursion, or to go horseback riding as some horse riding schools are not far away.

Depending on what you want to eat, I will be happy to recommend a restaurant downtown or a farmhouse in the first hills.

Portofino, Santa Margherita, 5 Terre, Portovenere can be easily reached in a short time by train or by car.
