Before your arrival, we would like to make you aware of our house rules and policies:

• Check-in takes place on the ground floor in front of the yard after 15:00 pm. We can arrange a time by WhatsApp the day before your arrival. We kindly ask to please communicate any delays and / or changes in your arrival.
• Check out must take place by 10.30 am in order to allow us to prepare the house for the next guests. ​
• The buffet breakfast, included for HAPPY and LUCK rooms, is served from 8.00 am to 10.30 am. It is possible to request it into the room, change the time according to the availability of the staff or add it for the apartments.
• The yard, teh swimming pool and one parking are available to all guests.
• Wi-fi is available to all guests for small needs. Please do not clog the net.
• Please report any intollerances, allergies and any personal problems at the time of booking.i

                                It is very important to avoid any loud noises from 10pm to 9am.

SWIMMING POOL: available until 10 pm. Please enter with clean feet in order to avoid bringing in soil or grass inside the water. No dives and splashes allowed. Children cannot be left by the pool or in the pool without adult supervision.

THE YARD: available at all times, please by mindful of other guests. In the night a robot cut the grass, so please not leave chairs or personal things.

PARKING: there are 4 parking spots available, one dedicated per each room / apartment. Please park in a suitable manner in order to leave space for other cars. Please be careful when reversing and exiting on the main road.

• Pets are accepted upon request, and a supplement fee is applied. They are not allowed to excrete in the yard or near the property or neighbors. You can take them for a walk in the surrounding area while respecting the environment and collecting their excretions.
• Please immediately report any damages to the reception; we will try to resolve it together.
• The structure is attentive to the environment and carries out separate waste collection; each property is equipped with an appropriate kit. The bags must be thrown into the appropriate bins.
• During your stay we ask you to safeguard our natural environment and pay attention to the consumption of water and electricity.
• For your valuables, there is a safe in each room with the relative instructions on how to use it. Agricanto assumes no responsibility in the event of theft or damage.
